What is TLT Tracker?
TLT Tracker is a web-based management application that helps Pathfinder clubs organize and administer the Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program, giving directors, mentors, counselors, staff and teen leaders one place to track progress, requirements, attendance, honors, assignments and communication.
Teen Leadership Training is the Pathfinder program in which teens serve in leadership roles while completing requirements with adult mentors. TLT Tracker is the software that keeps the records for it — it does not define the program. Read what Teen Leadership Training is.

Teens work several tracks at once, and each track reports its own completion percentage.
Attendance

Honors

Merit points & incentives
