Requirement tracking
Admins check off activities per operation track, recording who signed off, when, and where it happened.

TLT Tracker is one place to organize your Pathfinder Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program. Directors, mentors, counselors, staff and teen leaders track progress, requirements, attendance and honors from a phone.
TLT Tracker is an independent management tool and is not an official website or product of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or North American Division.
TLT Tracker is a web-based management application that helps Pathfinder clubs organize and administer the Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program, giving directors, mentors, counselors, staff and teen leaders one place to track progress, requirements, attendance, honors, assignments and communication.
Teen Leadership Training is the Pathfinder program in which teens serve in leadership roles while completing requirements with adult mentors. TLT Tracker is the software that keeps the records for it — it does not define the program. Read what Teen Leadership Training is.
Built around how Pathfinder TLT programs actually run.
Admins check off activities per operation track, recording who signed off, when, and where it happened.
Teens work several tracks at once, and each track reports its own completion percentage.
Record present, uniform, participation and communication for the whole club on one screen during the meeting.
Log each honor earned — what, when and with whom — and count it toward club points.
Record community service hours with date, type and the person who verified them.
Points tally from tracks, attendance, uniform, conduct, honors and service using values your club sets.
Teens email a link to the adult who supervised outside work; that person approves or denies, and an admin finalizes it.
Post instructions, PDFs or links; teens submit text, links or files back onto their own record.
Reach the whole club or specific TLTs, with sign-in pop-ups, comment threads and expiry dates.
Real-time alerts for comment replies and sign-up activity.
Teens upload certificates, photos and files to a portfolio on their own record.
Build a report from the fields you need — attendance, points, uniform, items completed — and export it.
Each club has its own private roster, records, logo and point settings.
Oversee every teen's progress, sign off requirements with an audit trail, review outside verifications and export reports.
Tools for directorsSee only the teens assigned to you, follow their progress and notes, and take part in their comment threads.
What mentors seeOne private system per club, with invite-only accounts and roles your own admins control.
For Pathfinder clubsTell us about your club below. It is set up with its own logo, operation tracks and default point settings.
Admins manage everything, mentors follow the teens assigned to them, and TLTs see only their own progress.
Log requirements, attendance, honors, service hours, assignments and sign-off verifications from any device.
Overseers approve task sign-offs by email link, teens build portfolios, and admins run reports and issue incentives.
Share TLT Tracker with other Pathfinder clubs. Each club gets its own private space — separate members, data and branding.
