TLT Tracker

For TLT directors

Oversee the whole TLT program from your phone

A TLT director carries the program: who is enrolled, what each teen has finished, who supervised it, and whether the paperwork will hold up at the end of the year. In TLT Tracker the director works with an admin account, which can see and edit everything in their own club.

Know where every teen stands

The roster lists every TLT in your club. Open one and you see their tracks, each with its own completion percentage, plus attendance history, points, honors, service hours, assignment submissions and portfolio uploads. Because a teen can be on several tracks at once, each track reports separately instead of averaging into one meaningless number.

Sign off requirements without losing the details

Check items off as teens complete them and record the location or event where it happened. Each completion stores who signed it and when. Required items are marked, and any activity expands to the full wording your club entered, so you are not signing off from memory. Completed items are locked behind a confirmation dialog — a stray tap on a phone will not erase a year of work.

When a teen finishes an entire track, you can sign the whole track off in one action rather than tapping every remaining line.

Handle verification you did not personally witness

Teens send a sign-off request to the adult who supervised work done outside the club. That person reviews and approves or denies it by email link with comments, and it arrives in your sign-off queue. You make the final call before it becomes part of the record — verification without chasing anyone down at church on Sabbath.

Delegate to mentors without giving up control

Assign each mentor the specific teens they supervise. Mentors then see those teens' progress and can take part in comment threads, but they cannot check requirements off or edit records. Directors keep the authority; mentors get the visibility they need.

Reporting for conference and club leadership

Build a report from the fields you need and export it as CSV. Common uses:

  • Attendance and uniform records over a date range
  • Track items completed per teen
  • Point totals to decide who has reached an incentive threshold
  • TLTs missing an email address so nobody is left out of invitations

Administration you would otherwise do by text message

Invite new staff and teens by email or invite code, set your club's point values, upload your club logo, post announcements that pop up at next sign-in, and trigger a password reset email for a teen who is locked out.
