Follow the TLTs you were given, and nothing else

When you sign in you get the TLTs an admin has assigned to you. For each one you can review:

• Progress on every track they are working, with per-track completion
• Which requirements are done, when they were signed off, and by whom
• Notes the teen has written on individual activities
• Assignment submissions — text, links or uploaded files
• Attendance, points, honors and service hours on their record

You can take part in the conversation: reply in the comment thread on an assignment submission, comment on announcements, and post announcements to keep your teens informed. Notifications tell you when someone has replied to you.

Mentors do not check requirements off, edit records, take club attendance, or see teens outside their assignment. Sign-off authority stays with admins. This keeps a single clear chain of responsibility for the record while still letting the adult closest to a teen stay involved week to week.

If a teen did something under your supervision that the club did not see, they can send you a sign-off request. You read their write-up, add comments, and approve or deny it. An admin reviews the result before it becomes part of the record.

Mentors do not sign themselves up. A club admin invites you by email or gives you the club invite code, then assigns your teens. If you already have an account, ask your TLT director to check your mentor assignments.
