Terms of use

Accounts are issued by club administrators through email invitations or a club invite code. Do not share your login. Do not attempt to access records belonging to another club or to participants you have not been assigned. Administrators are responsible for granting admin access only to adults their club has authorized.

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter, for obtaining whatever consent their conference or local policy requires before storing information about minors, and for removing access promptly when a leader leaves the club.

Use TLT Tracker for administering a Pathfinder Teen Leadership Training program. Do not upload unlawful, harassing or inappropriate content, do not use the app to contact participants for purposes unrelated to the program, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

TLT Tracker is an independent management tool and is not an official website or product of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or North American Division. Track and activity content in a club's account reflects what that club's administrators entered. TLT Tracker is provided as-is. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it available and correct, but no uptime guarantee is offered, and clubs should not treat it as their only copy of legally or administratively critical records. Use the report export if you need an offline copy.

Access may be suspended for misuse of the service or misuse of participant information. These terms may be updated; material changes will appear on this page. Questions can be sent through the request form on the home page.
