One private system for your club's TLT program

• TLT directors and club administrators — full access to their club's records, sign-offs and reports.
• Mentors, counselors and other staff given the mentor role — visibility into the specific teens assigned to them, plus comments.
• TLT participants — their own progress, submissions, portfolio and recommendation links.

Roles are set by your own admins, so a club decides who signs off requirements and who only observes.

Separation is enforced by the database, not by a filter in the interface. Accounts belong to a club, and each account can only reach that club's records. Nothing about your teens is public: signed-in application pages are excluded from search engines and nothing on this public website is generated from club data.

Strangers cannot create an account against your club. People join only when an admin invites them by email or gives them your club invite code. If someone tries to sign up without an invitation, they are told to contact their club instead.

A new club starts with a copy of the operation tracks and default point values, so there is no blank-slate data entry before the first meeting. Your main admin then uploads your club logo, adjusts point values to match how your club awards merits, adds the roster, and invites staff.
