About
About TLT Tracker
TLT Tracker is a web-based management application that helps Pathfinder clubs organize and administer the Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program, giving directors, mentors, counselors, staff and teen leaders one place to track progress, requirements, attendance, honors, assignments and communication.
Who it is for
Pathfinder clubs running a Teen Leadership Training program — specifically the TLT director and club administrators who are responsible for the records, the mentors and counselors who work with individual teens, and the teen leaders themselves.
The problem it solves
TLT programs generate a surprising amount of paperwork: multiple tracks per teen, dozens of requirements each, weekly attendance and uniform checks, honors, service hours, and sign-offs from adults who were not present when the record was written. Clubs typically handle this with paper checklists that get lost and a spreadsheet on one leader's laptop.
TLT Tracker replaces that with one shared, mobile-first record that the whole leadership team can use during a meeting, with clear rules about who is allowed to change what.
How it was built
TLT Tracker started as a tool for one club's own TLT program and was extended as other clubs asked to use it. Features exist because a club needed them, which is why the app covers unglamorous things like verifying work done off-site and preventing accidental unchecking of completed requirements.
Independent status
TLT Tracker is an independent management tool and is not an official website or product of the Seventh-day Adventist Church or North American Division.
TLT Tracker does not define, own or certify the Teen Leadership Training program. For authoritative requirements, policies and certification, clubs should use their conference youth department and the current official Pathfinder and TLT materials. Read more on what Teen Leadership Training is.
Getting in touch
Clubs interested in access can use the request form on the home page. It reaches the people who administer TLT Tracker directly. Existing users should contact their own club administrator first for anything about their account or records.
